If you’d like to review the details of your current subscription, simply log in to your Bodhi Experience account here from a desktop or laptop computer and go to the ‘Account’ section. From there, you’ll see your current subscription status, previous payments and date of renewal.

If you purchased your subscription from our website and you wish to cancel your subscription, or turn off auto renewal, please contact us at support@bodhiexperience.com.

Yes, to avoid interruption to your Bodhi Experience Journey, monthly subscriptions are automatically debited each month on the day your 14 day trial is activated, until you decide to cancel.

Our annual subscription will automatically renew after the initial year has passed unless canceled. We will send you a reminder via email 1-month before the renewal takes place. Your renewal rate will be the same as your initial purchase rate.

If you purchased your subscription from our website and would like your current subscription to end and not automatically renew, simply email us at support@bodhiexperience.com to let us know. We can disable the auto-renew feature for you and we’ll get back to you via email to confirm.

If you’d like to update your credit card details, simply login to your Bodhi Experience members area, select Account Details and enter in your new credit card information.

You can access your downloads by logging into the Member’s Area here using your email address and password. Click on the “My Downloads’ tab, and there you will find a collection of 10 minute BE Meditations.

Hover over the audio you want to stream or download, and select the option that suits you best. You also have access to additional meditations and tools, so make sure you also click on the Sleep Meditations and Bonuses tabs.

We don’t yet have an App (but will do soon 🙂 ) but no worries, you can easily login to your Bodhi Experience account through your phone!

You go to https://bodhiexperience.com/store/my-account/ on your phone browser, and use the same logins that you use on your desktop. For easy access moving forward, we suggest that you save the website icon to your phone.

This way you can access your mindfulness practice at anytime, anywhere.

Once you have downloaded your audio files, simply drag and drop them to iTunes.

Then it’s as simple as “syncing” your iTunes library on your computer with your iPad/iPhone.

If you are using a PC, then your downloads will have been saved wherever you asked them to be saved.

If you are using a Mac, then they are probably in your “Downloads” folder.

Our audio files can be used on all mobile devices like iPhones, iPads and Android phones, but you cannot download our audio files directly to your mobile device.

If you want to download them to your phone, instead of streaming the audio, you’ll need to download them to your computer first.

Once they have been downloaded to your computer then you can transfer them to the device of your choice.
